We are proud to announce FLOOR IS LAVA as the Saturday Night headlining band for the 2018 Star City Pride Festival! Floor is Lava is a Lincoln-based dance-rock band who recently won the 2018 Stella Award for Best Musical Ensemble. Founding members Bob Spire, guitar, and drummer Sean Brandt, added the amazing Molly Sharp as lead vocalist, as well as Reggie Lilly on bass and Gregg Witfoth on guitar/vocals.

As announced on Matt McKay in the Mornings on KFRX 106.3, Floor is Lava is currently holding an American Idol-style competition to add a new member to the group!

This high energy group brings the party everywhere they go! Whether they're rocking classics or crushing modern hits, you are guaranteed to have an awesome time when Floor is Lava takes the stage Saturday, June 2nd at the Lincoln Journal Star lot!

The Star City Pride Festival is located in the heart of downtown Lincoln, and is a celebration of community, family and culture. Produced by Star City Pride, Inc., the festival provides the LGBTQIA community and its allies a safe place to celebrate and be themselves. With more than 5,000 visitors each year, the Star City Pride Festival invites Nebraskans and the surrounding areas to come out and enjoy the music, entertainment, food, child & youth activities, as well dancing into the night.
